Rhubarb Bread

Ingredients:
Bread:
1 1/2 c
2/3 c
1 tsp
1/2 c
1
2 1/2 c
1 tsp
2 tsp
1 1/2 c
1/2 c
brown sugar
vegetable oil
vanilla
sour milk
egg
flour, sifted
salt
baking soda
finely chopped rhubarb
chopped walnuts
Topping:
1/2 c
1/2 tsp
1 T
brown sugar
cinnamon
butter
Procedure
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Mix sugar, oil and vanilla.
Stir in milk and egg.
Add flour, salt and baking soda.
Fold in rhubarb and walnuts.
Pour into 2 well-greased 9" x 4" x 2" loaf pans.
Mix topping and sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
