Southern Sweet Tay (tea)

Family size Tea Bags. *
orange, peeled and cut in 1/2
lemon, seeded, and cut in 1/2
Sugar, to taste (or 7 pink pkts. Splenda, if preferred)
Procedure:
  1. Place 1/2 orange (cut into 2 pieces) & 1/2 lemon (cut into 2 piece) into teapot.
  2. Fill teapot 3/4 full of water.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat just as soon as a boil is reached.
  5. Add Tea Bags.
  6. Let set for at least 45 min.
  7. Then, remove orange, lemon and teabags from tea pot and pour tea into pitcher.
  8. Sweeten to taste with sugar or Splenda.
  9. Fill pitcher with water.
  10. Stir well.
Pour over ice and enjoy the best glass of Sweet Tea you’ve ever had.
