Baked Vidalia Onion Dip/Spread

Ingredients:
3/4-1 c
1/2 c
1/2 c
 
1/8-1/4 tsp
1/4 c
 
 
finely chopped Vidalia onions
mayo
grated sharp cheddar or Swiss cheese
    (I use Swiss, have never tried it with cheddar)
Tabasco sauce
grated Parmesan cheese
   (fresh, NOT that "powdered" stuff in a jar)
paprika, to taste
Procedure:
  1. Preheat over to 350° F.
  2. Mix onions, mayo, cheddar or Swiss cheese, and Tabasco.
  3. Spread into a small baking dish or pie plate.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with Paprika to taste.
  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with crackers such as Ritz, Town House, Club, etc.
