Baked Shrimp, Crab & Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

1 c
1 can
1 can
1 pkg
3/4 c

1 tsp
1 c
finely chopped sweet mild onion (about 1 cup)
celery, finely chopped
(6-oz.) crabmeat (check for broken shells), undrained
(4 - 6oz) medium or tiny shrimp, undrained
(8 oz) cream cheese, softened
mayo
pepper
salt
Creole seasoning (to taste)
Worcestershire sauce
buttered cracker or bread crumbs

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Grease 9" x 13" glass baking dish with butter.
  3. In large bowl combine vegetables.
  4. Stir in softened cream cheese.
  5. Stir in shrimp and crab.
  6. Stir in mayo and seasonings.
  7. Spoon into prepared dish and sprinkle with crumbs.
  8. Bake until crust is a golden brown, about 30 minutes.
It will be really bubbly and runny at first, but with the cream cheese, will set up after it cools a little.

Boy, did it go fast. Good warm or cold.
