Baked Salmon

From:  Strawberry
Ingredients:
2 cloves
6 T

garlic, minced
light olive oil
dried basil
salt
ground black pepper
lemon juice
fresh parsley, chopped
(6 oz) fillets salmon
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC)
2.  In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley.
3.  Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade.
4.  Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally. Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal.
5.  Place sealed salmon in the glass dish, and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.

FYI, I baked it for 35 minutes!
