White Christmas Jewel Fudge

Ingredients:
3 pkg
1 can
1 1/2 tsp
1/8 tsp
1/2 c
1/2 c
(6oz) premium white chocolate chips
(14oz) sweetened condensed milk
vanilla
salt
chopped green candied cherries
chopped red candied cherries
Procedure:

1.  Over low heat, melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt.
2.  Remove from heat; stir in cherries.
3.  Spread into a foil-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
4.  Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
5.  Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.

Yields about 2 and 1/4 pounds.
