1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Break broccoli apart.
3. Melt butter.
4. In large bowl
mix 1 and 1/2 cup stuffing mix with melted butter.
5. Blend in drained water chestnuts, soup, Velveeta, seasonings,
eggs and broccoli.
6. Pour into large casserole or 9" x 13" baking dish.
7. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup stuffing
mix.
8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
9. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
