** Do not use the low- (or no-) fat kind, they do not firm up properly!!
1. Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until softened.
2. In medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream
cheese until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in sweetened condensed milk.
4. Add lemon juice and vanilla and
stir until well mixed.
5. Pour into crust.
6. Chill until firm (about 3 hours).
Top with your favorite fruit pie filling. We cut and serve the pie and then top our own slice with our favorite pie filling!
