1. Peel and de-vein shrimp, removing tails.
2. Preheat large saute pan on medium high for 2-3 minutes.

Spray pan with cooking spray.
4. Place shrimp in pan and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
5. Cook 2 minutes, stirring
often.
6. Stir in soup, sherry, and cream cheese until blended and smooth.
7. Simmer 3 minutes.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or linguine noodles.
