Turkey Salad Polynesian

Ingredients:
Salad:  
3 slices
8 oz
3/4 c
3/4 c
1 11-oz can
1 8-oz can
 
(1" thick) cooked turkey breast (or chicken)
mostaccioli pasta (tube-shaped macaroni)
sliced celery
chopped walnuts
mandarin orange segments, drained
pineapple tidbits in its own juice, drained (reserving 2 T juice for dressing)
Dressing:  
1/2 c
1/3 c
2 T
1/2 tsp
 
mayonnaise (may use the low-fat kind)
sour cream
reserved pineapple juice
salt
Procedure:

1.  I buy the sliced turkey breast from the deli department of the grocery story.
2.  Chop it up for the salad.
3.  Cook and drain the pasta.
4.  Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
5.  Mix dressing ingredients and stir into salad fixings.
