1. Bring water to a boil in a pan.
2. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
3. Remove from heat add
the tea bags mix and let steep for a while.
4. Remove bags.
5. Add frozen juice mixes and mix till dissolved.
6. Add vodka and stir.
7. Store in freezer proof container in freezer. Will not get hard but be like a
firm slush.
8. Put one ice cream scoop of the mix in a tall glass, fill with 7-UP.
