Barbecued Flank Steak (or London Broil)

Ingredients:
3/4 c
1/3 c

vegetable oil
soy sauce
honey
red wine vinegar
ground ginger
green onion, chopped
lg. garlic clove, crushed
(1 1/2 lb.) flank steak or London broil, trimmed and scored
Procedure:

1.  Combine first 7 ingredients.
2.  Place meat in large marinade dish and pour marinade over.
3.  Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning steak twice.
4.  Prepare barbecue. rill meat to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side for rare (best for London Broil).
5.  Slice into thin strips across grain and serve.
