Tortilla Canapes

Ingredients:
1 lg pkg
2 8oz pkg

1 sm can
1 sm can
flour tortillas
cream cheese (softened)
green onions, chopped (I use more than 2 when I make it!)
chopped green chilies
chopped black olives
Procedure:

1.  Mix last 4 ingredients and spread over tortillas, then roll up.
2.  Wrap in waxed paper, put in a zip lock bag, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Or you can make them the day before you want to serve them.
3.  After they are well chilled, cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Makes 80 -100 canapes.

Serve with salsa.

This recipe can be made more "dieter" friendly by using low fat cream cheese and fat free tortillas.
