The Ladybugs' Recipes

Porcupine Meat Balls

Ingredients:
1 lb
1/2 c
1 T
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 can
3/4 c
ground beef
uncooked rice
onion, minced
salt
pepper
tomato soup
water
Procedure:

1.  Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
2.  Shape into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls.
3.  Mix soup and water together.
4.  Add uncooked meatballs to soup mixture. 

This recipe was designed to be cooked in a pressure cooker:
5.  Cook for 8 minutes after control jiggles.
6.  Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes then place under water to finish cooling.

It is just as good when cooked in a crockpot! Just brown the meat balls before putting into crockpot with soup mixture. Cook on low for 6 - 7 hours.

Yields: 4 servings
