The Ladybugs' Recipes

Lemon Velvet

Ingredients:
2 1/2 c
2/3 c
2 (8 oz) pkg
1 c
2 T
2 T
1 c
2 c
graham cracker crumbs
margarine, melted
cream cheese
sugar
milk
grated lemon rind (2 lemons)
chopped walnuts
Cool Whip (or store brand)
Procedure:

1.  Combine crumbs & margarine.
2.  Press onto bottom of oblong pan.
3.  Mix together soft cream cheese, sugar, milk & rind.
4.  Fold in nuts & cream.
5.  Spread on crust.
6.  Freeze.
7.  Cut into squares & garnish with lemon slices or graham cracker crumbs.

It needs to thaw a little before you cut it. I'll take it our of the freezer & put in refrigerator about 6pm for party at 8pm.
