White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

firm white bread
heavy cream
whole milk
sugar
white chocolate, chopped
large eggs
large egg yolks
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2.  Cut bread into 3/4" squares & place on cookie sheet.
3.  Bake for 15 minutes or until toasted, stirring once.
4.  Grease a shallow 3 3/4 quart casserole.
5.  In a 4 quart saucepan heat cream, milk & sugar to boiling.
6.  Remove from heat & stir in chocolate.
7.  In a large bowl, whisk eggs and egg yolks until blended; gradually whisk in hot cream mixture.
8.  Place bread in casserole; top with custard, pressing bread into custard.
9.  Cover and refrigerate one hour.
10.  Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
11.  Cool 15 minutes.
