1. Remove stems, wash and dry mushrooms.
2. In small skillet, cook onion in butter until tender, but not
brown.
3. Add remaining ingredients except for melted butter.
4. Press rice mixture into each mushroom
cavity.
5. Place mushroom caps on rack in broiler.
6. Drizzle with melted butter.
7. Broil until
golden brown.
Yield 12 servings (2 mushrooms per person)
