Ingredients:
 
Crust:
1 pkg
2 c
2/3 c
2/3 c

dry yeast
flour
sugar
butter
egg
Zest from 1 lemon and 1 orange
warm milk
Topping:
1 c
1 c
1 1/4 c
3 T
butter
sugar
split almonds
honey
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 200ºC. (390 - 395ºF)
2.  Mix crust ingredients all together and leave covered somewhere 'cozy'.
3.  On the stove melt the butter in a pan.
4.  Add the sugar, split almonds and honey.
5.  Bring to the boil whilst stirring.
6.  Switch your stove off.
7.  Spread the 'rested' dough onto a baking sheet the size of your oven (normal ovens).
8.  Spread your almond/butter/sugar/honey mixture over the top.
9.  Place into the oven for 15 minutes or until you find your top is golden/browny.
10.  Bring it out, let it rest for a bit and cut into 2" x 3" pieces.

Verrrrrrrrrry good. I have a Slim Fast Meal and a piece of that, can't resist it. The grandmother of my best friend Jutta gave me this recipe over the phone and I have never stopped making it and impressing everybody with it. A Must for you to try.
