1. Melt both chocolates over hot water.
2. Beat yolks until thick & lemon colored.
3. Add
sugar as you continue to beat until smooth and thick.
4. Fold in the cooled chocolate.
5. Cool completely.
6. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the chocolate mixture together with the rum.
7. Run with
electric mixer on low a few seconds for perfect blending.
8. Spoon into a pretty serving dish & chill.
