The Ladybugs' Recipes

Ingredients:

milk
bitter or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
(2 sticks)butter
brandy
vanilla
egg yolks
Whipped cream
raspberries
puréed raspberries for garnish (optional)
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2.  Coat a 9" springform pan with cooking spray.
3.  Heat milk in large pot over low heat till tiny bubbles form.
4.  Add chocolate & heat stirring, until melted & smooth.
5.  Stir in butter, brandy & vanilla until melted.
6.  Remove from heat.
7.  Whisk a small amount of the chocolate mixture into the egg yolks in a small bowl.
8.  Whisk that back into the rest of the mixture and pour into prepared pan.
9.  Bake for 20 minutes or until just set in the center.
10.  Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
11.  Cover & refrigerate.
12.  To serve, loosen sides of pan and remove.

Serve with whipped cream, raspberries and purée as a sauce if desired.
Makes 16 servings.
