The Ladybugs' Recipes

Layered Mexican Dip
From:  Francine
Ingredients:
2 c
3 c
16oz
12oz
1 lb

(or a bit more) refried beans [canned or homemade]
guacamole [store bought or homemade]
sour cream-seal to edges so the guacamole won’t turn brown
(or a bit more) Pace Salsa - I use medium (mild or hot can be used)
White cheddar cheese, shredded
chopped black olives
sliced jalapeņos
Procedure:

1.  Layer the ingredients in the order listed in a 13" x 9" pan.
2.  Sprinkle olives and jalapeņos on top.
3.  Cover and refrigerate.
4.  Bring to room temperature before serving.

Serve with taco chips.
Tostidos with a "hint of lime" are really good.
