1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Mix all three ingredients thoroughly until you can "handle" the dough.

Roll dough into balls, about the size of a walnut.
4. Arrange on cookie sheet, press lightly on top with a fork or
bottom of a fancy glass...or for Christmas a chocolate star candy or Hershey Kiss pressed into the middle works great!

Bake for approximately 10 minutes, until golden brown. Watch carefully and adjust baking time to size of cookie.
