Rocky Road Bars

Ingredients:

(6oz) chocolate or butterscotch chips
butter
egg, beaten slightly
confectioners sugar
miniature marshmallows
whole graham crackers
grated coconut (optional)
Procedure:

1.  Line an 8" x 8" pan with graham crackers.
2.  Over low heat, melt butter.
3.  Add chips, egg and confectioners sugar.
4.  Stir until chips are completely melted and mixture is smooth.
5.  Remove from heat, let cool slightly and then add marshmallows.
6.  Stir until marshmallows start to streak but are still partially whole.
7.  Pour mixture over graham crackers.
8.  Sprinkle with coconut and chill.

Hint: for easy cutting, use a pizza cutter.
