Italian Sausage Bread

Ingredients:
1 lb

sweet Italian sausage
shredded mozzarella
grated Parmesan
egg
egg white (save yolk)
fresh garlic (lots!)
pepper to taste
frozen pizza or bread dough
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2.  Remove casing from sausage.
3.  In large frying pan, fry garlic and sausage.
4.  Drain off fat.
5.  Combine sausage, mozzarella, egg, egg white, Parmesan and pepper.
6.  Mix well.
7.  Stretch dough out on lightly floured area.
8.  Spread with meat mixture and roll up jelly-roll style.
9.  Tuck under ends and place seam side down on oiled cookie sheet.
10.  Brush with egg yolk.
11.  Bake for about 30 minutes until golden.

Great hot or cold!
