1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Cream together the brown sugar, butter and eggs using slow speed on electric
mixer.
3. Add the dry ingredients.
4. Continue to mix at slow speed.
5. If it is crumbly add
1 to 2 teaspoonsful of water.
6. Form the dough up into a ball.
7. Pinch off 1/8 teaspoon sized pieces
of dough.
8. Roll into balls.
9. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
10. Bake 7 minutes.
Cookies
flatten some while baking, ending up about 1/2" to 3/4" round.
11. Cool on cookie sheet.
12. Store in
airtight container.
Yield: Approximately 10 cups of spicy, crunchy cookies.
