1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Beat together the oil, sugar & egg.
3. Add and beat in the
molasses.
4. Stir together and add the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon & ginger.
5. Form
into balls and roll in sugar.
6. Bake for about 15 minutes.
This is just a regular ginger snap recipe, but is always requested. I've mailed these all over the world to people, and
it's just a good little cooky. I always double the recipe, especially because I can freeze them for weeks. Hope you try them
