Margarita Balls

Ingredients:

1/2 lb
4 oz
1/4 c
1/4 c
2 T
2 T
12 oz box vanilla wafers, crushed into crumbs
ground, blanched almonds 
white chocolate, melted
Tequila
orange marmalade
lime juice
light corn syrup
Procedure:

1.  Mix first two ingredients.
2.  In blender process untill smooth the Tequilla, marmalade, lime juice & corn syrup.
3.  Stir this mixture, along with the melted chocolate, into the crumb mixture.
4.  Shape into 1" balls and roll in granulated sugar.
5.  Store in fridge.

Yield:   4 dozen.
