1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Cream shortening and sugar till light.
3. Beat in egg & vanilla
till light and fluffy.
4. Add drained pineapple mix well.
5. Stir in dry ingredients, mix well.
6.
Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 8 to 10 min.
8. Should still be light on
top.
9. While still warm drizzle with glaze.
Glaze:
Mix confectioners sugar and pineapple juice.
