3 1/2 c
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 c
chopped pecans
candied cherries (halved)
white (golden) raisins
flour
brown sugar
butter
eggs
flour
baking soda
cinnamon
nutmeg
cloves
allspice
wine (sweet)
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 300ºF.
2.  In a very large bowl, combine pecans, candied cherries and white (golden) raisins.
3.  Dredge mixture in the 1/2 cup of flour.
4.  Set this aside.
5.  Cream brown sugar with butter.
6.  Beat in the eggs.
7.  Set that aside.
8.  Combine flour, baking soda and spices.
9.  Now add the flour mixture into the brown sugar mixture, while adding the wine. You know, like half of the flour, half the wine, repeat.
10.  Now pour that mixture (which is smelling really good by then!) into your big bowl of pecans, etc., and stir in all together well.
11.  Spoon by teaspoonsful onto your baking sheet (these don't spread, so you can put the cookies fairly close together).
12.  Bake for 15 minutes.

This recipe makes lots, like over 120 cookies.
