Cream Cheese / Beef Ball
From:  Francine
Ingredients:
3 8oz pkg
3 bunches
2 pkg
cream cheese
scallions, chopped
Buddig beef or corned beef, chopped
Procedure:

1.  Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
2.  Combine the above ingredients.
3.  Roll into a ball, log, or oval shape.
4.  Refrigerate for about an hour so it will be easy to handle.
5.  When ready to serve, roll in chopped walnuts or leave it plain.
6.  For the oval shape, place sliced almonds in overlapping rows so it will resemble a pin cone.
7.  OR just spoon the mixture into a serving dish.

This is a firm but spreadable cheese ball to serve with crackers or party rye or pumpernickel bread. It is not good for dipping.
