1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Place grated coconut in a bowl.
3. Add remaining ingredients.

Mix thoroughly.
5. Grease a 13" x 9" x 2" glass baking dish.
6. Take mixture by tablespoon, turn into
balls, and arrange on baking dish.
7. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden.
8 Remove
from heat and allow to cool, up-side down, on a platter.
9. Turn over and set on a platter.
