1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a large bowl, mix brownie mix and flour.
3. Add oil, egg and
water and peppermint extract.
4. Mix well.
5. Add chips.
6. Roll dough into 11/2-inch balls.
7. Roll in powdered sugar.
8. Place two inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
9. Bake for 12
- 15 minutes or until tops of cookies begin to crack.
10. Do not over bake.
11. Immediately move to cooling
rack.
12. Cool before serving.
(I used Ghiradelli's Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, which has the chocolate chips already in it).
Yields: 2 1/2 dozen.
