Bourbon Candied Pecans

Ingredients:
1 c
1/2 c
1/4 c
 
1 c
pecan halves
bourbon
brown sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
white sugar
Procedure:

1.  Heat bourbon, sugar, pecans, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
2.  Continue cooking until they start to caramelize or candy.
3.  Almost all the liquid will have cooked away.
4.  Cool for a minute on waxed paper.
5.  Then coat completely with sugar. I put sugar and pecans in a gallon size zip lock bag and shake.
6.  Return to a clean sheet of wax paper until completely cooled.
7.  Store in airtight container.
