The Ladybugs' Recipes

Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream
From:  TrapperJane
Ingredients:
1 3/4 c
1 14 oz can
1 c
4
2 T
2 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
brandy...Oh what the heck..go for 2 cups!
Eagle sweetened condensed milk
cream
eggs
chocolate syrup
instant coffee
vanilla
almond extract
Procedure:

This will fill a blender to the top...

1.  I did the eggs and brandy first, figured if there was any little nasty bugs in the eggs, the alcohol would kill them!
2.  Then add flavorings, then last the condensed milk and cream.
3.  Blend all together until smooth.
4.  Store in a glass container in the refrigerator.

This will keep up to a month in a "light" container, meaning clear glass. Keeping it up to a month has never been a problem! It's long gone before then. I've made this and given it as gifts, in fancy little bottles which are so available now days.
