1. Butter 8" x 11" in baking pan.
2. In 2 quart glass bowl, mix sugar and milk.
3. Microwave
on high uncovered for 3 minutes.
4. Remove from microwave and stir.
5. Microwave additional 2 minutes,
watching closely so mixture doesn't boil over.
6. Remove sugar mixture from microwave.
7. Stir in butter
and marshmallows until both are melted.
8. Add chips, vanilla and nuts.
9. Mix well.
10. Spread
in buttered pan and chill until firm.
11. Cut into l inch squares, store in fridge for up to 5 days.
Makes about 80 1-inch pieces of candy.
