Sweet Potato Casserole 2

Ingredients:

cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (about 4 pot. or use canned)
granulated sugar
eggs
milk
salt
vanilla
Topping:
4 T
1 c
1/2 c
pinch
1 c
butter, melted
brown sugar
flour
cinnamon
chopped pecans
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2.  Combine potatoes with sugar, eggs, milk, salt & vanilla.
3.  Turn into an ungreased casserole.
4.  This can be done ahead and chilled.
5.  Bring to room temperature before adding topping, if chilled.

Topping;
1.  Melt butter and blend with other topping ingredients.
2.  Spoon evenly over the casserole.
3.  Bake uncovered for 30 min.

Yields: 6 servings.
