Corn Soufflé

Ingredients:
1/2 c
1 c

1 can
1 can
1 box
1/4 c
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
butter, melted
sour cream
eggs, beaten
(16oz) creamed corn
(16oz) whole kernel corn, drained
Jiffy cornbread mix (8 1/2oz)
onion, finely chopped
salt
pepper
Procedure:

1.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2.  Grease a 1 qt. casserole.
3.  Put the butter, sour cream and eggs in a bowl and mix well.
4.  Add the corns and cornbread mix and stir till smooth.
5.  Stir in the onion, salt and pepper.
6.  Pour into greased casserole dish.
7.  Bake for about 1 hour.
