1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Grease a 1 qt. casserole.
3. Put the butter, sour cream and eggs in
a bowl and mix well.
4. Add the corns and cornbread mix and stir till smooth.
5. Stir in the onion, salt
and pepper.
6. Pour into greased casserole dish.
7. Bake for about 1 hour.
