* You can use dried/soaked/cooked/cool, or canned. I used canned organic. (less salt).
1. Put chick peas in a bowl, and add tuna, onion, oil vinegar and parsley.
2. Toss.
3. Add salt
and pepper to taste.
4. Serve on toasted bread. My DF said it's also good over lettuce.
Simple and healthy.
