Taco Salad

med onion, diced
ground beef
chili powder
powdered cumin
chopped iceberg lettuce
kidney beans, drained & rinsed
tomato, diced
whole kernel corn, drained & rinsed
nacho cheese tortilla chips, smashed into small pieces
French dressing

Prep time: 25 minutes Recipe serves adjust accordingly

1.  Spray a skillet with cooking spray, add onion, ground beef, chili powder, and cumin.
2.  Cook until meat is done and onion is tender.
3.  Toss together lettuce, tomato, kidney beans, corn, meat and onion mixture, smashed chips, and French dressing.
4.  Serve immediately.

Notice several things that can be done ahead of time in this recipe, except for lettuce and chips. Fast, easy, good!!

Serve in bowls set on dinner plates and add some chips around the bowl on the dinner plate.
Serve with bowls of bottled salsa sauce.
