Mix the listed ingredients well and refrigerate 3 hours or longer.
the Ramen noodles according to package instructions
(Break each package into 9 pieces otherwise the noodles are too long!)
Drain and cool.
3. Mix the noodles, chicken, cabbage and onions in a salad bowl.
4. The rest of the ingredients
may be used according to your taste.
5. Add most of the dressing. You may not want to use it all.
the rest in case you need to add a bit more at serving time.
7. Chill and serve. (Best if chilled several hours.)
This is great made without the chicken and served as a side salad!!!
