Mexican Salad

Ingredients:
1lb
1 can
1/4 tsp

1/2 - 3/4 bottle
1/2 - 1 bag

ground beef
kidney beans, drained
salt
onion, chopped
tomatoes, cut in sm pieces
head of lettuce, torn in pieces
grated cheddar cheese (I use Longhorn cheddar)
Catalina Dressing
Doritos, crumbled
avocado, cut in pieces (Optional)
Procedure:

1.  Brown beef.
2.  Drain off grease.
3.  Add kidney beans and salt.
4.  Mix all ingredients in large bowl and toss.

This is great to take to picnics. I put everything in a big bowl except the beef and beans. These I take separate and heat up when I get there. I save the Doritos until I'm ready to mix.
