Congealed Cola Cranberry Salad

1 16oz can
1 3oz pkg
1 c
1 env
1 20oz can
1 T
1 T
1 c
6 oz
whole cranberry sauce
orange gelatin
boiling water
plain gelatin, softened in 1/2 cup cold water
crushed pineapple, undrained
lemon juice
grated orange rind
pecans or walnuts, chopped

1.  Thoroughly dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water; add cranberry sauce and blend well.
2.  Stir in plain gelatin.
3.  Add remaining ingredients.
4.  Stir just to blend.
5.  Spray an 8-cup mold with nonstick cooking spray.
6.  Pour mixture into mold.
7.  Chill.
8.  When mixture begins to gel, stir to distribute nuts evenly.
9.  Continue to chill until firm.
10.  Unmold onto serving dish just before serving.

Yields: about 8 servings
