The Ladybugs' Recipes

Southwest Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
2 - 3 tsp
1
1 lb
small amt.
1 28oz can
2 cans
1
1/2 c
1 - 2 tsp
1 - 2 tsp

1 - 2 tsp
 
2 - 3 shots
1/8 c
minced garlic
small onions chopped
boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small bite-sized pieces
oil 
diced tomatoes
chicken broth
4oz can chopped green chillies
taco sauce or salsa
garlic powder
salt
pepper
chilli powder(don't skimp here)
Cumin-all to taste
Tabasco sauce
minute rice
Procedure:

1.  Cook garlic, onion, and chicken in small amt. of oil in non stick pan until done.
2.  Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
3.  Add rice at the end. Serve with tortilla chips or cornbread.

We like it pretty spicy, so I am generous with the pepper and chilli powder. Hope you like it.
