The Ladybugs' Recipes

Pepper Pot Soup

1 can
1 can
1 qt
2 lb
1 - 2 tsp
1/2 tsp
large green peppers, sliced or diced
whole kernel corn
creamed corn
tomatoes, chopped
ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
baking soda

1.  Put peppers, corns and tomatoes in a large pot and bring to a boil.
2.  Turn down heat and simmer as you brown the ground beef.
3.  Drain grease off the browned beef.
4.  Add the ground beef and the remaining ingredients.
5.  Continue to simmer for 1/2 hour.

Wonderful reheated!
