1. Bring 2 cups of water to boil in large saucepan, add celery, onion and broccoli, cover and cook 10 min. until
crisp-tender.
2. Do not drain vegetables.
3. For sauce, melt butter in another saucepan; blend in flour,
salt and pepper.
4. Cook, stirring, for 1 min.
5. Stir in milk; cook until mixture thickens.

Stir in cheese and cook until melted; add the undrained vegetables; stir to blend.
