1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a medium sized saucepan, prepare rice mixture according to package directions,
substituting 1 cup chicken broth for 1 cup of the required water.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
except for onions.
4. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 12" x 8" x 2" inch baking dish.
5. Sprinkle
onions on top.
6. Bake about 45 minutes until hot & bubbly.
