1. Mix oil and vinegar-pour over tuna and let put in fridge for about 15-20 min.
tuna on both sides to desired temp.
1. Mix cantaloupe, onion, olive oil, lime juice, and chili in small bowl.
2. Season salsa
to taste w/salt and pepper.
3. Put in fridge until for at least 15 min.
4. This makes 2-3 servings...I
usually double it.
