Tuna Steaks with Cantaloupe Salsa

1/2 c
1/4 c
fresh tuna steaks (about 1/2" thick)
vegetable oil or olive oil

3/4 c
1/4 c
2 T
2 tsp
1 T
1 tsp
coarsely chopped cantaloupe
chopped onion
chopped fresh cilantro (I sometimes use mint)
olive oil
fresh lime juice
minced seeded jalapeno chili, or green chilis (add more if you like)

1.  Mix oil and vinegar-pour over tuna and let put in fridge for about 15-20 min.
2.  Grill tuna on both sides to desired temp.

1.  Mix cantaloupe, onion, olive oil, lime juice, and chili in small bowl.
2.  Season salsa to taste w/salt and pepper.
3.  Put in fridge until for at least 15 min.
4.  This makes 2-3 servings...I usually double it.
