Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients:

1/3 c
1/3 c
3/4 c
3 8oz cans
lean pork, cut into bite sized pieces
Soy sauce
clove garlic, minced
ginger
vinegar
brown sugar
crushed pineapple
tomato sauce
Procedure:

1.  Brown pork in a pan that has a lid.
2.  Drain off fat.
3.  Add other ingredients.
4.  Stir.
5.  Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Serve over chow mein noodles or cooked rice.

Yields: 6 to 8 servings
