The Ladybugs' Recipes

Souper Chicken
From:  Kt
1 can
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 c
cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
chicken breasts (or equivalent amount of dark meat)
sweet basil
dill weed
small onion, chopped
paprika (to color)
mushrooms (optional)
dry white wine (Rhine)

1.  Brown chicken pieces in small amount of oil.
2.  Cook long enough to crisp the skin.
3.  Mix soup, onion, basil, paprika and dill weed with wine.
4.  Pour over chicken.
5.  Turn heat to low and simmer about 1 hour.

Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
Good the day after!
