Salmon Filets with Mango Salsa

1 c
1 T
diced fresh or frozen mango
scallions, thinly sliced
small jalapeņo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
lime, cut in half
(5oz) salmon filets
ground cumin
salt & pepper

1.  In a bowl, combine mango, scallions, jalapeņo and the juice of 1/2 lime.
2.  Add salt to taste.
3.  Heat a stove top grill pan or prepare an outdoor grill.
4.  Coat the salmon filets with cumin, salt and pepper.
5.  Grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side.
6.  Squeeze juice from the remaining lime half over salmon.

Serve with mango salsa on the side.
Also with white rice mixed with black beans; grilled pineapple slices
